Description

  1. The Château (Private Property)
    The path skirts the old seigneurial château of Panzoult, built in the 15th century with its pentagonal stair turret.
  2. The Coulaine Valley
    Stop to admire the viewpoint over the valley before continuing your way through the undergrowth. When you follow the path along the Coulaine stream, you might have the chance to observe orchids, toads, or even deer.
  3. The Chauvinière fountain
    "This is a fountain that continuously supplies one of the washhouses in the commune. This stream joins the Ruau 250 meters downstream.
  4. The Ruau Valley
    The Ruau is the main stream of the commune. It was restored between 2015 and 2022 to promote the development of aquatic life. You can take a picnic break near this watercourse.
  5. The Sibylle Cave
    In the heart of the Chinonais, families, generation after generation, succeed each other to promote the richness of this wine-growing terroir. Today, 14 independent winegrowers gather to animate the Tourist Cave of the Sibylle. This place deserves a stop for a few moments or even longer...
