Stop off in Assay and discover its 15th-century church, streams and rivers. "A few steps away, take a tour around the Assay pond, a 35-hectare fish farming complex. An observatory allows you to discover the wildlife and migratory birds. Before the French Revolution, leech breeding ponds were located here. Today, the pond is classified as a sensitive natural area.
